Which is kind of interesting, why would he need the identifers of the individuals in the revenge porn? I would think it would be enough to have their first name, if even that창��짝 why have information with full identifers (address, name, email), unless you intended to use that information to run an extortion scheme. Someone wanting the image removed could send a pic or something to ID themselves to get it removed. Now if he collects that info and forwards it to the other website, would that be unauthorized disclosure in CA. We all receive notices in the mail that one company will share info with other companies, unless we object, so their is notice. But was that occuring here and was it required? Frankly, I am a bit surprised that someone has put together a civil suit together against these sites, particuarly when they were directed to remove the photos. Seems there would be enough wronged parties to put together a nice class action suit. But I am no lawyer.
